1. Payment

Evrofinance Mosnarbank transfers funds in Russian rubles and foreign currency to receiving accounts opened with the Bank (including its branches) and with other Russian and foreign banks:

Evrofinance Mosnarbank charges a commission fee according to its tariffs for individuals.

2. Cash deposit and withdrawal

Crediting to a relevant bank account, monetary funds are advanced in Russian Roubles and in foreign currencies

3. Accepting payments from other banks

Payments received from other banks are deposited into customer's account no later than the next business day after the day when the payment was received.

4. Currency exchange

Evrofinance Mosnarbank operates in three foreign currencies:

  • Euro;
  • US dollar;
  • British pound.

5. On-call deposits / Saving accounts

Evrofinance Mosnarbank opens call deposits for individuals in Russian rubles, US dollars, euros and British pounds.

To open an account, a client should submit a passport or another valid ID, a specimen signature and an application form provided by the bank.

There is no limit on call deposits.

The Bank pays interest on the account balance according to its call deposit rate.

The Bank charges a fee for carrying out transactions with the account according to its set of tariffs for transactions on behalf of individual clients.

6. Term deposits

The bank opens term deposits for individuals in:

  • Russian rubles;
  • US dollars;
  • Euros.

The following term durations are available:

  • 1 month;
  • 3 months;
  • 6 months;
  • 1 year.
  • The Bank also offers term deposits that renew automatically.
7. Trusting third parties to manage customer's account
  • Customers can authorize any individual above 14 years old to carry out transactions on their bank accounts.
  • The warrant of trust can be written in the Bank's office. The presence of the trustee is not required, however, in case he/she is not present, a specimen signature authorized by the notary should be submitted to the bank (form № 0401026).
  • A warrant made outside of the Bank should be authorized by the notary and an authorized specimen signature should be submitted to the bank. If the warrant is made abroad, both the warrant and the specimen signature should be authorized by the Russian Embassy or Consulate.
  • A warrant can be voided at any moment by the customer's written request.
