DEPOSITARY TARIFFS

GENERAL - All extra expenses associated with cooperation between the Depositary and third parties shall be paid by the сustomer at actual cost. - Commision fees for money transfer, currency conversion, international settlements etc. shall be paid according to the applicable rates of EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK. - Rates for services requested by a customer but not stipulated herein shall be agreed in a contract with this customer. - Commission charges in percent to the face value of securties denominated in foreign exchange shall be converted to rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the last day of the month for which the commission fee is collected.
