EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK JSCB OJSC offers a remote service system (hereinafter referred to as the Client-Bank System) to its clients, developed by the company Bank Soft Systems (BSS), which allows to automate the process of mutual document flow and gives access to different sort of information for the clients.
The Client-Bank System allows our clients to settle bank transactions, send general and official documents to the Bank with an opportunity of files enclosure, without leaving the office. The convenient user interface is the peculiarity of the system.
Having connected to the Client-Bank System the clients will get rid of the need to prepare documents in hard copy, to sign them and to deliver to the Bank, wasting sometimes a lot of time.
After execution of a standard set of document, the client will be able to install the Client-Bank System by himself. For this purpose the Bank will transfer the materials for installation to the client: distribution kit, key information, information letter with the data for installation of the system.
On the questions of maintenance of the account, using the Client-Bank System, as well as on the questions of connection to the system, the client needs to refer to the Clients Service Department, to the Group for Document Service of the Client-Bank System.
