Gazprombank and Evrofinance Mosnarbank Sign Agreement on Media Assets and Investments in Real Estate. As part of the agreement, the Russian banks have already agreed to form a starting $1.5 billion portfolio of joint investment projects on the real estate market. It was also agreed that Gazprombank will consolidate minority stakes owned by the Evrofinance Group in several media companies incorporated into the Gazprom Media holding company. On the real estate market, the parties will focus on investment projects in Moscow and its nearby region, St. Petersburg and major regional centres.
